What side effects are possible?
The label lists none. From the ingredient sources: magnesium from supplements can loosen stools at high intakes, and NIH ODS notes that carnitine at about 3 g a day can cause nausea and stomach cramps, far above anything that fits in a 575 mg blend. Stop and ask a clinician if anything unexpected happens.
